, an enginering consultancy based in Aberdeen. The system is a fully integrated project planning tool that manages projects from the initial estimate right
through to completion. The system has the following features:

An AFE screen to manage the project financials: estimate, budget, actual, cost to complete & variance. |

Screens to maintain CTRs: add multiple Activities & Deliverables, calculate productivity etc. |

Screens to maintain single & multi-purchase POs with stage payments. |

A comprehensive PVN system that fully audits any project variations both client approved and non-client approved. |

Primavera integration: it pushes dates into Primavera to allow planners to create a schedule. The amended dates are then pulled back into the system. |

Screens for logging time against projects, overhead, absence etc. Timesheets are integrated with the AFE and used for the actuals. |

Charting; manhour histograms & s-curves. |

Various reports: AFE, CTR (priced & unpriced), PO, Productivity, Project Time, User Time etc. |
